They call it the ‘luck of the Irish’. I’m sure by that they are referring to our one-of-a-kind Irish Coffee. The secret to making it Irish is a lovely helping of Irish Whiskey with a whiskey swirl through the ice cream.

Serving Suggestion (Makes 2)
2 scoops Simmos Irish Coffee ice cream
2 cups hot brewed coffee
Whipped cream and grated chocolate to serve
1. Scoop ball of ice cream into each sundae glass
2. Carefully pour 1 cup of coffee over each serve
3. Top with cream and a dash of chocolate
